Prior to appointment
- give us a call to discuss what you are looking to achieve
- schedule a day, time & location
- pack your vehicle, caravan or trailer as if you were heading away on a trip before arriving at the nominated weighing location
- vehicle manuals including specifications and weights
- if you have made any modifications to manufacturer specifications eg. GVM upgrade, please bring along any certifications or supporting documentation
What to expect on the day
- identify and document the legal/compliance limits of your setup
- setup scales to individually weigh your tow vehicle and caravan hitched, unhitched and towball weight. You will be required to drive your vehicle and/or caravan on and off the scales as needed.
- measure the travel heights of the tow vehicle and what you are towing
- identify any recommendations
- we endeavour to finalise your report and email to you within 24 hrs (if not finalised during the weighing session)

- Payment can be made via debit/credit card, EFTPOS or cash on the day of service.
- Additional charges may apply if the weighing location includes extended travel.
